i have the mthfr gene so this product should be the perfect everyday multivit for me and i would love to give it 5* but i can't (almost gave it only 3*). i don't think any good, self-respecting health supplement should be using a gmo derived product like maltodextrin and really don't want to be consuming anything that is gmo related. unfortunately i didn't initially realise it was one of the ingredients till after i had been taking it for a couple of months. i am now looking for an alternative although i am gutted to have to do so because i believe that overall these vits are making a noticeable difference to me.

I know most people don’t fully understand the benefits of methylated vitamins but they are a game changer. To have them in a format that allows the consumption from someone who struggles to swallow is not only unique but an absolute life saver for my aging mother. I know it’s not the biggest market but it’s a very important one. They are also very easy to take away with you. Should bring out more options of other essential requirements.

I was very impressed. The whole process was easy. My follow up phone call was supposed to be 45 minutes but I kept her on the phone for an hour and a quarter with all of my questions. The person I had for the call was really nice and extremely knowledgeable.

Easy to do test. Easy to mail. Processing time as stated. Really informative detailed results. Consultation with Deena was fantastic. She was so knowledgable, and explained my results clearly, so that I could understand how they translated, and contributed to my health.
